Product Introduction：

Our nylon cable gland series offers comprehensive and flexible options in materials, thread types, and customizations to meet diverse needs ranging from standard industrial applications to harsh environments. For the material, customers can choose standard nylon, which provides balanced mechanical and electrical performance for dry indoor conditions; eco-friendly nylon compliant with RoHS and other international environmental directives, suitable for export products or green building projects; flame-retardant nylon rated UL94 V0 for high-safety applications such as control cabinets, lighting fixtures, and railway transit, where the material self-extinguishes upon contact with fire to effectively reduce fire spread risks; and UV-resistant nylon, specially formulated with anti-UV additives to significantly improve weatherability and prevent cracking caused by prolonged sunlight exposure, making it ideal for outdoor installations. In terms of thread types, we support four mainstream standards simultaneously: PG thread (German standard) commonly found in traditional European equipment, M thread (metric) as the most widely used international standard, NPT thread (American standard tapered pipe thread) with self-sealing properties suitable for North American and pressure-fluctuating environments, and G thread (British standard parallel pipe thread) widely adopted in Commonwealth countries as well as pneumatic and hydraulic systems–enabling our glands to match most junction boxes, distribution panels, and equipment ports globally. Furthermore, we offer color customization and thread length customization: colors can be produced according to RAL codes or customer samples for batch orders, facilitating on-site cable identification or equipment appearance matching; thread length can be extended beyond standard dimensions specifically for thick-walled enclosures, insulated cold storage equipment, or thermal break doors, ensuring secure locking and effective sealing. All products are paired with high-quality sealing gaskets (available in NBR, silicone, or EPDM) and achieve up to IP68 protection rating, with precision molding and thread inspection to guarantee reliable connections. As a result, this series of nylon cable glands is widely used in control cabinets, solar photovoltaic systems, outdoor LED displays, railway transit, marine applications, automated production lines, and household appliances, serving as a trusted protection node in signal and power transmission links.
