Stainless Steel Cable Tie

Product Introduction：

The stainless steel cable tie is made from high-quality 304 or 316 stainless steel strip, offering exceptional tensile strength, high-temperature resistance, and superior chemical corrosion resistance. Compared to nylon cable ties, stainless steel ties maintain their locking force under extreme temperatures (from -80°C to over 500°C), UV exposure, salt spray environments, or acidic/alkaline conditions. The self-locking mechanism typically employs a ball-bearing or notched buckle design that does not loosen after tightening. These ties are widely used for cable fixing in shipbuilding, petrochemical plants, outdoor lighting, rail transportation, and high-temperature pipelines. Whenever plastic ties cannot withstand harsh conditions, stainless steel cable ties serve as the most reliable alternative.
