Product Introduction：
This series of nylon spiral anti-bend cable glands is injection-molded from high-quality engineering nylon (PA6), featuring an integrated spiral anti-bend structure at the rear of the body. It is specifically designed to provide reliable cable exit protection for applications involving frequent movement, vibration, or wiring in tight spaces. Compared with ordinary cable glands, the unique spiral anti-bend design effectively disperses stress at the bending point of the cable, preventing core breakage or insulation damage caused by repeated bending or excessive twisting, thereby significantly extending the service life of both the cable and the equipment.
These glands offer excellent resistance to oil, acids, alkalis, and aging, with an operating temperature range from -40°C to +100°C and a flame rating up to V0 or V2 (selectable as required). They are well suited for industrial automation equipment, robotic arms, servo motors, lighting fixtures, instrumentation, and household appliances. The protection rating reaches IP68, and together with the built-in sealing ring, they effectively prevent dust, moisture, and oil from entering the equipment enclosure. In terms of installation, the glands are available with common thread types such as metric (M thread), PG thread, or G thread. Tightening can be done manually or with a wrench. The spiral tail can freely bend at a certain angle along with the cable, eliminating the need for additional strain relief springs or sleeves and greatly simplifying the installation process.
It should be noted that anti-bend glands are generally suitable for unarmoured cables. Users only need to select the appropriate size according to the cable outer diameter range, pass the cable through the gland, and tighten the sealing nut; the spiral tail will naturally encase the cable and provide continuous bending support. For applications requiring frequent movement or highly flexible cables, this product is an ideal replacement for standard straight-through cable glands.
